What is a startup accelerator program?
A startup accelerator program is a structured support system that takes a founder from idea validation through mentorship, MVP or prototype development, and investor pitch preparation, often in exchange for equity or a fee, rather than the open-ended, unstructured support an incubator typically offers. It usually bundles UI/UX design, a working prototype, a go-to-market and revenue model, and pitch coaching into one program. The right program for you depends on how developed your idea already is and how much hands-on product-building support you actually need versus just mentorship.
