TickerTalk is a social finance platform combining real-time market data, AI-generated stock analysis, and crowd sentiment insights — creating the definitive community where retail investors discuss, debate, and discover investment opportunities together.
We built the complete iOS and Android platform including the real-time market data pipeline and AI analysis engine — a system where every discussion is anchored to verifiable data, and community sentiment can be measured rather than guessed at.
The Challenge
Retail investors in the post-Reddit era had social media where anyone could pump a stock without accountability, Bloomberg terminals priced out of reach, and basic broker apps with no discussion features.
The client wanted to build the trusted middle ground: a social platform where investment discussions were tied to real data, claims could be checked against market reality, and community sentiment could be measured rather than guessed at.
